1. Allocation of stall is done on first come first serve basis by Organisers
2. 60% of payment to be done as advance and balance 40% on or before 31st December 2016.
3. For bookings past 1st January 2017, full and final payment has to be made
4. 15% service tax needs to added with your payment
5. The exhibitor will not cause any damage to the wall panels or any other part of the conference venue. All expenses has to be borne by Exhibitors for any kind of damages
6. 50% of the cost will be refunded for cancellations on or before 31/12/2017. No refund for cancellations after 1st January 2017
7. Stalls / stall space will be allocated on 22nd January 2017 at 1300 hours
8. Organisers reserves the right to modify the exhibition layout and change of venue anytime due to unavoidable circumstances.
9. Sponsor / Exhibitor confirmed is Not Transferable
10. Participation is not guaranteed until 100% of payment.
11. Sponsors / Exhibitors should register minimum 10 days in advance with their representatives name for Trade Badges
12. Trade Badges will be allocated as per the discretion of the Organisers with a minimum of 2 per stall to maximum of 6
